Museum Protest Recognition & Security Response

Museums are not just spaces for preserving history; they house invaluable artifacts, artwork, paintings, and cultural treasures that can become focal points for protestors seeking visibility. In this course, TriCorps Security officers will learn to recognize, assess, and respond to protest-related incidents in museum settings. Officers will explore protest tactics, identify anomalies and behavior patterns, and determine the appropriate level of response to protect these irreplaceable pieces.

By the end of this training, officers will be equipped to quickly identify threats, make informed decisions, and act in accordance with security protocols—ensuring the safety of artifacts, artwork, and exhibits while respecting legal rights.
